Last December 8 at the Diocesan seminary of San Sebasti\u00e1n (Guip\u00fazcoa) the annual Advent retreat was held on this occasion organized by the Pastoral Care of Migrant People. As it was the day of the feast of the Immaculate Conception, the theme was based on \u201cPilgrim Mary of Faith.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Pastoral Care of Migrant People wanted to have Prayer and Life Workshops to teach it and the development was as follows:<\/p>\n

Welcome and brief presentation of the local PLW Coordination and Father Ignacio.<\/p>\n

Entry “Meeting with Maria”<\/p>\n

Proclamation of the Word of Luke 2, 25-35 and 41-46<\/p>\n

Personal meditation and Community Reflection.<\/p>\n

Listen to the message. Pilgrim of Faith, meditation and community reflection<\/p>\n

Listen to the second message: A creature like us. Meditation and community reflection<\/p>\n

Visual Prayer (Guided)<\/p>\n

Explanation of what Prayer and Life Workshops are.<\/p>\n

Fraternity food.<\/p>\n

Eucharist presided over by the Bishop of the city.<\/p>\n

It was a full day, attended by 200 adults and about 70 children who were also attended to during the meeting in a secluded and special area for them.<\/p>\n

We thank the Lord for having made this beautiful day of retreat possible.<\/p>\n
