Between February 2 and April 26, 2025, a Prayer and Life Workshop was held for children ages 7 to 12 in the city of Caxias, in the state of Maranh\u00e3o. The activities took place at Dona Eliza’s residence, located at 1321 Padre Seraf\u00edn Street, Nova Caxias neighborhood.<\/p>\n

The workshop was led with great love and dedication by Guide M\u00e1rcia G. Borges, with the support of Guide Thatila, especially on Desert Day, according to the guidelines in the Children’s Workshop Manual. This special moment of prayer was experienced in the village of Altos, 12 km from the municipal headquarters, providing the children with a unique experience of closer contact with God.<\/p>\n

The Guides belong to the Caxias Local Coordination, which is part of the Maranh\u00e3o National Coordination and is under the responsibility of the East Brazil Zonal Coordination.<\/p>\n

Throughout the journey the young participants demonstrated great enthusiasm and joy. According to the Guides, the children enjoyed the workshop very much, participating enthusiastically in the activities and experiencing each encounter with open hearts. Desert Day, in particular, was a moment of great emotion where they were able to experience more deeply the loving presence of God in their lives.<\/p>\n
