On February 20th, in San Jos\u00e9 (Costa Rica), the PLW International Coordination\u2014represented by Lorena Rodr\u00edguez (Coordinator), Purificaci\u00f3n Vilar (Secretary), and Mercedes Sanz (Treasurer)\u2014had the joy of meeting with our brother Guide, Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez Truque, the composer of the music for the Official Hymn of the Prayer and Life Workshops, “Christ Jesus.” Joining us for this meeting were Ana Mar\u00eda Ordo\u00f1ez, Central America Coordinator, and several members of the Costa Rica National Team, led by their National Coordinator, Iv\u00e1n Brenes.<\/p>\n

It was a touching and deeply significant moment. Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez Truque shared memories of the time, over twenty years ago, when our Founder, Father Ignacio, specifically requested that he set our Official Hymn to music. Since then, this Hymn\u2014with its moving and profound melody\u2014alongside its official image, has accompanied our solemn gatherings, evoking emotion and fostering an atmosphere of deep meditation and focus during these moments.<\/p>\n

The meeting was a special occasion to remember the origins of this work and to express our gratitude to the author for his valuable contribution. Through his talent, he continues to accompany and enrich the spiritual life of our Association.<\/p>\n
