In commemoration of the 35 years of PLW in Rio Grande do Norte (RN), Brazil, and the 40 years of Prayer and Life Workshops in the world, it was held on November 23, 2024, at the Marist College, in Natal (RN), the “Afternoon with Francisco” – an afternoon to honor the Emeritus Guides.
This fraternal meeting was special, as it brought together the Emeritus Guides of all the Local Coordinations of Natal and Ceará Mirim.
In this blessed “Afternoon with Francisco”, 24 Emeritus Guides were distinguished by their families, companions and by 50 active Guides, with a total of 100 people present.
The Meeting featured Franciscan music, moments of prayer, times to share and an agape of fraternization.
One of the highlights of this event was the message sent by Guide Maristella Carvalho, lovingly delivered by the National Coordination of the NBL-6 to each Emeritus Guide, as a grateful tribute.
The feeling of the event organizing team (NBL-6 National Coordination) was one of immense gratitude to the Father for witnessing the joy, smiles and satisfaction stamped on the face of each Emeritus Guide for this opportunity to reunite with the Guide brothers and to recognize .
