On the occasion of the Annual Meeting of Moderators and Delegates of Associations and Movements convened at the Vatican by the Dicastery for the Laity, Family, and Life, Prayer and Life Workshops was represented by Lorena Rodriguez, International Coordinator, and Purificacion Vilar, International Secretary, who participated in various sessions of work, reflection, and ecclesial communion that were held during the meeting.
These sessions, held on May 21 and 22, constituted a valuable opportunity to deepen the evangelizing mission of the associations and movements within the Church, to share experiences with representatives of ecclesial organizations from around the world, and to renew the commitment to serve the People of God.
One of the most significant moments of the meeting was the audience of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV with all the participants, during which Lorena Rodriguez and Purificacion Vilar had the opportunity to greet him personally and convey the affection and closeness of the entire family of Prayer and Life Workshops.
In this cordial meeting, they presented the Pope with a gift on behalf of our Association, as an expression of gratitude for his ministry and communion with the universal church.
We give thanks to God for this experience of encounter, communion, and hope, which strengthens our identity and encourages us to continue bringing the charism of Prayer and Life Workshops to so many people who seek to deepen their relationship with the Lord.
