The Prayer and Life Workshop was held, with the participation of fifteen young adults, in the city of Araguaina, in the state of Tocantins, at the House of Mary of the Parish of Santa María de la Trinidad; it ended on April 25, 2026. It was conducted by Guide Ana Benicia Martins Soares, who belongs to CL 01, which is part of NBC 9 and of the Central Brazil Zonal Coordination.
We can affirm that throughout each session, we perceived some of the positiveness and interest from the participants and a little of what the experience of this Workshop was in their lives. This experience of a PLW for Young Adults was, without a doubt, a beautiful, calm, and deeply transformative experience for each of them.
It was wonderful to be able to see and feel in each session that the attendees were truly bearing witness to how delighted they were and how they were being blessed and transformed, subtly but genuinely, revealing God’s care and love in every detail. As the culmination of this journey, the experience of the Desert was a powerful moment, amidst the lush nature of the San Jose farm, marked by silence and solitude.
Right there, God spoke deeply to the hearts, as it was a time of encounter, listening, healing, and a peace that only the Lord can grant.
